Millions of Internet users perform lots of searches on the web using different Search Engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc daily. Google is top search engine and most of the time we use Google. But it is not enough sometimes. So we try other search engines like Yahoo or Bing. It takes time to opening a new tab and loading sites. But now you can access multiple Search Engines right from your IM without having to go to the sites. It is possible by help of "sbot".
Sbot support multiple Search Engines (Google, Yahoo!, Bing) and Twitter search right now. To using Sbot you need to add Sbot as your friend on Gtalk, Yahoo Messenger or Live Messenger and start searching.
GTalk - sbot@bot.im
Yahoo Messenger - searchbot@ymail.com
MSN Messenger - searchbot@live.com
As you add Sbot to your IM buddy list, you can start conversing with it. You can start searching by sending message to Sbot in the following format.
To perform Google search send - gsearch keyword
To perform Yahoo search send - ysearch keyword
To perform Bing search send - bsearch keyword
To perform Twitter search send - tsearch keyword
You can send "help" to bot for usage instructions. If you are working and need to read your reply on twitter you does not need to open Twitter you can check your replies by just sending message "t @YogeshGautam".
Note: It will display first 4 results for Google because of the API limitations.
